Our working relationship now goes back almost 10 years. During this time GBM have carried out demolition and earthworks packages on projects at Wath Upon Dearne, Skegness, Evesham, South Wigston, Halesowen, Failsworth, Oldham and Derby. They have also provided technical and practical assistance on disaster recovery issues at Leicester and Goole and carried out asbestos surveys on many more projects.

As the majority of our work is for a demanding retail client, we pass on these stringent financial, safety and timescale requirements to our sub-contractors. GBM have never been found wanting in any of these areas on all projects they have been involved with. Your overall performance and commitment has enabled us to commit to tight programmes on many occasions, and the level of competence of staff involved in our projects has ensured that GBM have not had a single reportable accident on one of our sites in those years.

It is reassuring to be able to have total confidence in a contractor, especially in the demolition and asbestos removal field,as these represent some of the major risks in our overall construction operations, particularly for health and safety.

As for future work, we have no hesitation in putting you on our tender lists, and I believe you are already involved with the Type 3 Asbestos Surveys at Bulwell and are tendering the demolition package both at Bulwell and Barnstaple.
