GBM Demolition achieves ISO 9001: 2000 Accreditation
Following an assessment by an independent body, GBM Demolition based in Louth, Lincolnshire has been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification. This prestigious award is supported by the government and recognised worldwide for companies.
To gain this accreditation an organisation must adhere to certain systems and practices, which include:
Have an established policy and a quality procedure manual
Have an officer designated for ensuring and maintaining quality standards
Have regular reviews of quality. Audits are carried out both in house and by an external independent body
Have policies on other issues
Maintain a list of approved suppliers
Have all written procedures stated simply and understandably.
Have a safe system in place for monitoring customer satisfaction
When you are certified to ISO 9001: 2000 you have to: ‘say what you do; do what you say; and prove that you do it.’
