Brief: Working in partnership with Barr Construction, GBM were tasked with carrying out a demolitions project of a sensitive nature.
As the contract developed numerous environmental issues from roosting bats to asbestos contamination had to be dealt with.
As ever project program time was of paramount importance, working around the clock, GBM were able to deal with the unforeseen problems and still completed ahead of schedule.
