GBM Demolition Contractors are in the process of carrying out a major demolition contract for us at Lincoln valued at £547,000 (FIVE HUNDRED AND FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND POUNDS).

The Overall contract period is 15 weeks and they are at present entering week 11 and achieving the agreed programme.

GBM supplied Generic and Site specific Hazard and Risk Assessments and Method Statements for demolition and site clearance which have been monitored on a daily basis by our Site Staff and by our Company Safety Advisor every 2 weeks and the performance of GBM is to be commended.

GBM’s Site Supervisors have carried out their tasks in an efficient and conscientious manner as have all GBM employees on site taking into account the difficulty of the project, it being a hospital of which is still operational.

Because of the performance of GBM, we would certainly use them on other demolition contracts and have no hesitation in recommending them as an efficient and reliable Company.
