The positive approach of your contract team, David and Martin Wall, and your Site Manager, Andrew Grantham, has enabled Simons Construction to successfully negotiate the new store construction contract with B&Q, and give them a projected opening date some 12 weeks earlier than anticipated.

In particular, I was impressed by the professional approach to Health & Safety in what was at times a complicated job with all the unknown services and deleterious materials encountered.
