At the outset GBM Demolition were contracted to undertake a realively straightforward demolition project, however due to unforseen problems with services diversion this task increased 10 fold in complexity.

Developing a new strategy with temporary works the demolition now entailed clearing around a live electrical substation and Gas Main. The work was professionally executed and supervised, leaving the site clear ready for the main works construction team to progress, without any delay to the contract programme.
