Clearance works at crewe 335

We are delighted to announce that Trebor Developments have appointed GBM Demolition to undertake site clearance works at Crewe 335. Works started on site last week. Main construction will commence in the summer. The enabling contract will see the existing buildings demolished and cleared together with site preparation works prior to main contractor commencing on site.

The speculative 335,000 sq ft building will be BREEAM "Excellent", EPC A, and available for commencement of fit out works from the end of 2024.

PRE-START MEETING

Following on from a recent project award for the NHS, we started the week off with an on-site pre-start meeting.
This was our opportunity to bring together all area’s of the team involved to see the project first hand at the programme planning stage and introduce to the client / consultants the key members they will be working with throughout the project.

This is particularly essential for our Office based Site Administrator, Megan Warsap who plays a vital role in co-ordinating all projects between office and on-site management, ensuring that from start to finish they run as efficiently as possible.

SPA Pipeline Project

Whenever our much valued client JN Bentley is presented with a challenge, they look to their top-tier supply chain partner GBM Demolition & Earthworks for the solution.

This time, a system for cleaning grime and grit from the inside surfaces of the new water supply pipe on the SPA Pipeline Project from Yorkshire to Essex, designed and built from scratch by our team
